射芯机加热装置的结构设计
（1）电加热板：电加热板采用HT200或HT250灰铸铁经机械加工而成。加热板的尺寸大小，除满足电加热元件的安放外，还应与选用的射芯机技术规格和热芯盒外形相互适应。单工位垂直分盒热芯盒射芯机附有通用电加热板，可直接采用，一般属于整铸式的加热板。二工位水平分盒热芯盒加热板，由上、下两块加热板用M8内六角螺钉紧固构成。(1) electric heating plate: the electric heating plate is machined by HT200 or HT250 gray cast iron.
